Length of Stay - a minimum stay of 5 Nights. Please contact us if you would like to book for a stay
less than 5 Nights.
• Booking Requests and Confirmations - All booking requests must be sent and can only be confirmed by rentals@feganvillas.com. All requests are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking by return of email. For group bookings of five (5) or more rooms, different terms and conditions will apply.
• Payment Terms - All bookings must be prepaid by bank transfer at least 60 days before check-in date. No bookings will be allowed to check in without full pre-payment.
• Cancellation Terms: For booking with check-in dates between 01 June and 30 September, cancellation is accepted free of charge up to 60 days before check-in; within 60 days of check-in the booking is considered non-refundable.
o For bookings, checking in for dates other than above, cancellation is accepted free of charge up to 15 days before check-in; within 15 days of check-in the booking is considered non-refundable.
o Pre-payments made for accepted cancellations will be returned by bank transfer and may be subject to bank charges and currency fluctuations. Alternatively, such payments can be used as credit against future bookings.

• Each apartment/villa has been individually furnished. All apartments/villas differ in appearance and furnishings.
• No pets are allowed at the Resort, except service animals.
• Guests can play the spectacular Quinta do Lago golf course for a discount.

o High Season (€2): 1 April to 31 October
o Low Season (€1): 1 November to 31 March
o Amount per person per night; Applicable to guests aged 16 and over; Maximum of 5 nights

• Two-bedroom Standard Villa – V2 – Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (2X Twin Beds + 1x Double Bed + Sofa Bed)
• Two-bedroom Family Villa – V2S – Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (2X Twin Beds +1x Double Bed + Sofa Bed)
• Three-bedroom Villa – V3 – Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests (4X Twin Beds + 1x Double Bed + Sofa Bed)

Resort Policies
• The property requires a valid credit card to charge a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment upon check in.
Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay upon inspection of your apartment(s) however please note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution.
• Upon check-in all guests occupying the unit, including children, are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation.
• Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All under 18s are included in the occupancy level for your apartment. Under no circumstances must the maximum occupancy level be exceeded.
• If you intend to arrive later than midnight on your arrival date, please notify us in advance.
• Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities.
• Special requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed.
• The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas.
Refurbishments or building work may take place throughout the year. While the resort endeavors to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.

• Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory for the indoor pool. Swim caps are available at an extra charge.
• Some services and facilities are subject to a charge, deposit or both.
• The cleaning schedule for your accommodation may vary depending on the length of your stay.
• The property reserves the right to refuse to check in or terminate a booking where guest(s) display anti-social behavior.
• Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties.
