From the entrance hall, you can walk into a large two-level open plan where you will find a contemporary kitchen, living room and cozy TV room and, to your right, a modern bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player and music system. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped (microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, double fridge, wine cooler). The laundry room is separate with access to the garden, washing machine and dryer. In the living room large sliding doors lead to the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a large terrace area with a gas BBQ.

The property is surrounded by a luxurious garden with plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sun.

On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with a bathroom, with direct access to the outdoor area, complementary balconies with chairs and table.

On the upper floor, the master bedroom with private bathroom and the twin bedroom with separate bathroom, both with terrace and superb views.

The common areas are for the exclusive use of Dunas Douradas owners and guests using a magnetic key. Temporary magnetic keys can be requested at Reception das Dunas Douradas at a refundable cost of €20 (this amount is refunded when the key is handed over to reception upon check-out).

The tennis court can also be booked at reception (additional cost and subject to availability).
