Inside the Villa:
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and patio doors opening directly onto the garden and terrace. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, which features a round table seating six and direct access to the BBQ and pool area, complete with a shaded outdoor dining space. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also provided. The light-filled living room opens onto the garden through patio doors and includes a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating.

On the first floor, there are twin bedroom (convertible into a double), both with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedroom also features a TV, both with an en-suite bathroom, and access to a sunny private terrace.

Outdoor Space:
The villa offers a spacious and inviting outdoor area, complete with a mini golf feature, ping pong table, and sun loungers surrounding the private swimming pool (optional heating available - additional charge apply). Guests can also enjoy a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area, ideal for entertaining or relaxing in the sunshine. Private parking is available.

Note: The mini golf and ping pong table are available upon a deposit for the use of the clubs and necessary equipment.
